About us
Shipping to Cuba and travelling the world, made easy and affordable
Aserexpress is a company specialised in shipping to Cuba, committed to a safe, clear and simple service. We handle packages, parcels and documents with care, and we keep up to date with the rules in the United States and in Cuba so that every shipment meets the requirements and reaches its destination.
Besides shipping by air and by sea, we help you travel: flights on regular airlines and charters, hotels, vacation packages, activities, car rental and transfers in many destinations around the world.
Our first goal is that you are happy with our service. That’s why we give clear information, personal attention and step-by-step help, from the first contact until your package is delivered or you are back from your trip.
What we do
- Shipping to Cuba: packages by sea and by air, parcels, food, personal items and other goods allowed by current rules. Prepare your shipment online, save your recipients and follow each package with its tracking number.
- Our store: packs, food, shipping supplies and more. Buy online or in our store, and add store products to the package you send.
- Flights: search, book and pay for your flights online, or with our help in the store. Your ticket and booking details are always in My trips.
- Travel documents: guidance and help with the paperwork for your trip.
- Hotels, packages and activities: hotels at good prices, vacation and family trips, tours and local experiences.
- Car rental and transfers: cars, and rides to and from airports, hotels and other places.
- Points: your purchases earn points that you can use as a discount on later purchases.
Our values
- Transparency: we explain the process, the costs, the estimated times and your options clearly.
- Safety: we look after your shipment, your documents and your information with responsible procedures and trained staff.
- Efficiency: practical solutions that save you time and make things simple.
- A human touch: we treat you with respect and care, and we’re there to help at every step.
- Quality: high standards in packing, paperwork, communication, travel bookings and delivery.
Our community
At Aserexpress we don’t just move packages: we connect families, stories, efforts and dreams between the United States, Cuba and the world. Our community is made of people who work hard, support their loved ones from far away and trust us to deliver help, love and opportunities.
We feel part of that community. We know that every shipment is much more than a box, and that every trip can mean rest, a reunion, an adventure or a new opportunity. We grow with our customers, listen to what they need and keep improving.
Because when you choose Aserexpress, you’re not a number: you’re part of our community.
